Production Assembly Job Description:
- Assembling various components used to build commercial-grade heating and cooling systems for vehicle technologies
- Following written work instructions and specific customer specs, to ensure that products are produced to satisfaction
- Flexibility in cross training in multiple areas
- Inspects products and reports any defects that occur from handling
- Use of basic hand tools and power tools
- Unpacking and kitting of incoming materials
- Prior Assembly experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Good measurement skills
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Willing to work mandatory overtime
The starting salary for this position is $16 to $18 per hour (depending on experience).
